It seems the chick pictured below bought a Honda Civic Hybrid, and as part of the sales pitch was promised 50 miles per gallon. It seems what she really got was a lot less, so she sued the carmaker for that false promise, and won.
A good use of litigation is to keep them honest, and it this gal is showing the way.
I wonder if this will stand up on appeal, and if so, how many others will follow suit.
